In 2010 this jammy little red hit the big time, garnering a top slot in Wine Spectator
's Top 100 List for that year. That's no small feat for a wine under $20! Its neighbors on that list were wines from powerhouses like Frescobaldi, Perrin and d'Arenberg. Since then lovers of high-scoring values have been seeking out the charms of Clancy's Red. Its latest vintage received a great 91-point rating and at our lowest-on-the-web price of just $11.99, it’s a sure bet for a great bottle.

"Big, bright and juicy—and scented with jasmine flowers. A lingering treat of sweet plums (and their skins), raspberries and chocolate along with a dot of white pepper adds to the art of the slurp."
"This smooth, inviting red shows vivid plum and spice flavors that cascade into the tight, peppery finish. Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Drink now through 2016."
The color shows a dark center with a garnet rim. The nose displays a lovely raspberry and pastille lift with a palate of red berry, dark plums and chocolate. Blending the three varietals gives Clancy's great complexity, richness of fruit flavor and a harmonious balance of soft tannin finish.
